How to use the Pokédex
The Pokédex opens on all 1025 species, from Generation 1 to Generation 9, 50 to a page. Search by English or Spanish name or by number, and narrow the list down by type, generation and rarity: regular, legendary or mythical. The 326 alternate forms, such as Mega Evolutions and regional variants, stay out of the main list and show up as soon as you type their name in the search box.
Sort by National Dex number, by any of the six base stats or by their total, ascending or descending. Your filters live in the page address, so coming back from a Pokémon's page puts you right where you were. Each card opens that Pokémon's page: base stats and their range at level 100, abilities, weaknesses, evolution chain, the moves it learns and the species it can breed with.
