The game's tables
This is the data you look up mid-game or while planning a team. Moves lists all 937 with type, category, power, accuracy and description, filtered by type, by category, by priority or by the stat they raise or lower. Abilities covers all 313 with what each one does, and Items shows every item with its sprite, its category and its description.
Natures lays out all 25 with the stat each raises and the one it lowers, and crosses them in a five-by-five grid so you can read them at a glance. The type chart works out effectiveness for one or two types, attacking and defending, and each of the 18 types also has its own page with its weaknesses, resistances and the Pokémon that carry it.
