Though beautiful, it has highly poisonous thorns. There is an old tradition in my homeland wherein one would send these thorns to an opponent to challenge them to a duel.

Roselia is a Grass/Poison-type Pokémon. It takes double damage from Fire, Ice, Flying and Psychic, and resists five types. Its base stats add up to 400: the highest is Special Attack (100) and the lowest is Defense (45).

It is the second stage of its evolution line, along with Budew and Roserade. Its abilities are Natural Cure and Poison Point, and its Hidden Ability is Leaf Guard. It is in the Fairy and Grass egg groups and can breed with 139 species. In Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl it learns 17 moves by level-up and 25 by TM.
