Hariyama that are big and fat aren’t necessarily strong. There are some small ones that move nimbly and use moves skillfully.
Hariyama is a Fighting-type Pokémon. It takes double damage from Flying, Psychic and Fairy, and resists Bug, Rock and Dark. Its base stats add up to 474: the highest is HP (144) and the lowest is Special Attack (40).
It is the second stage of its evolution line, along with Makuhita. Its abilities are Thick Fat and Guts, and its Hidden Ability is Sheer Force. It is in the Human-Like egg group and can breed with 71 species. In Scarlet and Violet it learns 19 moves by level-up and 57 by TM.
