It pacifies offspring by placing them in the gaps between the spines on its back. The spines will never secrete poison while young are present.
Nidoqueen is a Poison/Ground-type Pokémon. It takes double damage from Water, Ice, Ground and Psychic, resists five types, and is immune to Electric. Its base stats add up to 505: the highest is Attack (92) and the lowest is Special Attack (75).
It is the third stage of its evolution line, along with Nidoran♀ and Nidorina. Its abilities are Poison Point and Rivalry, and its Hidden Ability is Sheer Force. It cannot breed: it is in the Undiscovered egg group. In Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl it learns 15 moves by level-up and 51 by TM.
