Mega Sceptile

Mega Sceptile is the Mega Evolution of Sceptile. Sceptile Mega Evolves in battle while holding the Sceptilite, and returns to normal when the battle ends.

It is a Grass/Dragon-type instead of a pure Grass-type like Sceptile. It takes double damage from Poison, Flying, Bug, Dragon and Fairy, quadruple damage from Ice, and resists Water, Electric, Grass and Ground. Compared with Sceptile, it becomes weak to Dragon and Fairy, is no longer weak to Fire and takes quadruple instead of double damage from Ice. Its base stats total 630, 100 more than Sceptile: Attack goes from 85 to 110, Defense from 65 to 75, Special Attack from 105 to 145 and Speed from 120 to 145. Its ability is Lightning Rod; Sceptile has Overgrow, with Unburden as its hidden ability.
