Thievul is a Dark-type Pokémon. It takes double damage from Fighting, Bug and Fairy, resists Ghost and Dark, and is immune to Psychic. Its base stats add up to 455: the highest is Special Defense (92) and the lowest are Attack and Defense (58).

It is the second stage of its evolution line, along with Nickit. Its abilities are Run Away and Unburden, and its Hidden Ability is Stakeout. It is in the Field egg group and can breed with 277 species. In Sword and Shield it learns 13 moves by level-up and 38 by TM.
