Field

The largest group in the Pokédex: mammals and four-legged beasts, from Rattata to Arcanine. Eevee and all eight of its evolutions belong to it, so any of them can be a breeding partner for the rest.

The Field egg group has 278 species, 182 of which belong to this group alone. The groups it shares the most species with are Water 1, with 25, and Human-Like, with 14. Between them they can breed with 703 different species, Ditto included. All of them can breed with Ditto, and for the 2 genderless ones it is the only possible partner. Of these, 5 are always male and 2 always female, and two of the same gender cannot breed with each other even if they share a group.
