Alolan Meowth is the regional form of Meowth in Alola, the region of Pokémon Sun and Moon. Meowth has one other regional form, Galarian Meowth.
It is a Dark-type instead of Normal like Meowth. It takes double damage from Fighting, Bug and Fairy, resists Ghost and Dark, and is immune to Psychic. Compared with Meowth, it becomes weak to Bug and Fairy, becomes immune to Psychic and loses its immunity to Ghost. Its base stats total 290, the same as Meowth, spread differently: Attack goes from 45 to 35 and Special Attack from 40 to 50. Its abilities are Pickup and Technician, with Rattled as its hidden ability; Meowth has Unnerve as its hidden one.
