Pupitar is a Rock/Ground-type Pokémon. It takes double damage from Ice, Fighting, Ground and Steel, quadruple damage from Water and Grass, resists five types, and is immune to Electric. Its base stats add up to 410: the highest is Attack (84) and the lowest is Speed (51).

It is the second stage of its evolution line, along with Larvitar and Tyranitar. Its ability is Shed Skin. It is in the Monster egg group and can breed with 82 species. In Scarlet and Violet it learns 17 moves by level-up and 45 by TM.
