Tyranitar is a Rock/Dark-type Pokémon. It takes double damage from Water, Grass, Ground, Bug, Steel and Fairy, quadruple damage from Fighting, resists six types, and is immune to Psychic. Its base stats add up to 600: the highest is Attack (134) and the lowest is Speed (61).

It is the third stage of its evolution line, along with Larvitar and Pupitar. Its ability is Sand Stream, and its Hidden Ability is Unnerve. It is in the Monster egg group and can breed with 82 species. In Scarlet and Violet it learns 22 moves by level-up and 79 by TM. Its Mega Tyranitar form has its own page.
