Lugia’s wings pack devastating power—a light fluttering of its wings can blow apart regular houses. As a result, this Pokémon chooses to live out of sight deep under the sea.

Lugia is a Psychic/Flying-type Pokémon. It takes double damage from Electric, Ice, Rock, Ghost and Dark, resists Fighting, Grass and Psychic, and is immune to Ground. Its base stats add up to 680: the highest is Special Defense (154) and the lowest are Attack and Special Attack (90).

It does not evolve, and no other Pokémon evolves into it. Its ability is Pressure, and its Hidden Ability is Multiscale. It cannot breed: it is in the Undiscovered egg group. In Scarlet and Violet it learns 14 moves by level-up and 64 by TM.
