Mega Excadrill is the Mega Evolution of Excadrill. Excadrill Mega Evolves in battle while holding the Excadrite, and returns to normal when the battle ends.
It keeps the Ground/Steel typing of Excadrill. It takes double damage from Fire, Water, Fighting and Ground, resists eight types, and is immune to Electric and Poison. Its base stats total 608, 100 more than Excadrill: Attack goes from 135 to 165, Defense from 60 to 100, Special Attack from 50 to 65 and Speed from 88 to 103. Its ability is Piercing Drill; Excadrill has Sand Rush and Sand Force, with Mold Breaker as its hidden ability.
